Treat the family to a great day out during the school holidays on this fun and exhilarating trip aboard Clipper 60 Taeping. With a real "hands-on" focus everyone has the opportunity to get involved, with the chance to try your hand at steering the yacht, working on the foredeck and just enjoying the thrill of sailing. With fun and involvement for the whole family as the main aim of the day, our Skipper and Crew will ensure there is lots of action throughout.
When you arrive you will have an opportunity to look around the yacht, before the Skipper gives a short safety brief and kits everyone up in lifejackets and wet weather clothing (if required). Then we will slip lines and motor out to the Solent where the first job of the day is to hoist the sails and get Taeping sailing. It's then a full day of sailing, with our professional crew on hand to guide you through getting the most out of this powerful 60ft yacht. A baguette lunch is served, normally under sail, before returning to the marina at 3pm.
